Tibot Spoutnic Poules pondeuses

Spoutnic is an assistant always available for tedious and repetitive tasks. It walks the floor 7 days a week and promotes nest training. As such, it contributes to the attainment of flock profitability objectives by lowering the number of floor-eggs.

In Breeders, it boosts hatching rate by moving the flock. Having clean eggs laid in the nests improve chick quality and means necessarily less antibiotics.

Plug and Play, Spoutnic is easy to use and requires no technical installation. Spoutnic moves randomly and independently through the house. Thanks to its customization controller, you can adjust the stimuli to create movement but no stress.

Spoutnic optimizes your daily work. lt walks the floor according to configurable schedules and, automatically, helps to reduce the exhausting work of picking up downgraded eggs. It saves you time for added-value tasks.

Operating Mode

Spoutnic moves randomly and independently throughout the house on all types of bedding.

Its compact size (56 × 63 × 18 cm) allows it to move under feed equipment. If it meets an obstacle (wall, nest, hopper base, dead chicken), it detects and bypasses it.

The battery is recharged using a plug, thus allowing the robot to work up to 12 hours a day at slow, medium, or fast speed, depending on the flocks (specie, breed, age). Each poultry building is different. To optimise the robot’s effectiveness, you can adjust the turning angles.
The robot is water-, dust- and ammonia-resistant.

Spoutnic is easy to use and does not require any technical installation.
