After-sales service

During the 12-month warranty, the after-sales service is carried out by Tibot technologies or one of its authorized distributors.
With the Preventive Maintenance Plan, you send your robot in for an annual maintenance check during the cleanout time and benefit from software improvements.

Manufacturer's warranty

Spoutnic benefits from a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. During the entire warranty period, the after-sales service is carried out by Tibot technologies or one of its authorized distributors. The delivery of the robot from the customer’s home to our workshops and its return are the responsibility of the distributor or customer.

Maintenance and Technical Support

A simple revision must be carried out within 12 months of the entry into service or use of the robot. The robot has a maintenance control light on the main hood. When the maintenance indicator lights up, maintenance is expected on the robot in the next few weeks.

You can perform yourself a first-level service or maintenance operation remotely. You will then be guided by our technical team and explanatory videos.

We comply with your biosecurity rules. Therefore, we do not operate within your farm, to limit contamination risks. That is part of your job, and we adapt ourselves to this situation.

In the event of a breakdown or of maintenance, the robot must be sent to our workshops in its transportation box. You are liable for transportation costs. This solution guarantees the respect of health and hygiene rules, and is less costly than the on-site intervention by a technician.

Preventive Maintenance Plan

The annual Plan includes a technical control of the battery, motors, electronic systems, etc., and software improvements.

Technical control can be done at the time of your cleanout time. Depending on the robot’s running and operating time, the replacement of certain parts could possibly be recommended to ensure the proper operation of your robot for many years.

Software updates, designed to improve the performance of our robots, can be downloaded from your customization controller.

Strict disinfection procedure at the workshop

To eliminate cross-contamination risks in the workshop, we have implemented a robot-disinfection procedure.

  • You remove and keep the wheels (rather than brushing them) unless they are damaged.
  • The robot must be clean and disinfected before being delivered to the carrier.
  • Upon entering and leaving the TIBOT workshop, the robot is decontaminated in an atomisation chamber.
  • Upon its return to your farm, you have the robot go through your decontamination room.
